Why the Great Arizona Puppet Theater Is a Must-Do with Kids
If you’ve never been to the Great Arizona Puppet Theater in downtown Phoenix, this is your sign to go. This charming children’s theater is the kind of outing that sparks imagination long after the curtain closes.
After our very first visit, my kids went straight home and put on their own puppet show in the living room — a sure sign of a win. It’s a truly magical experience and also a gentle, low-pressure way to introduce little ones to theater etiquette, live performances, and storytelling.
We’ve already attended four shows (yes, we love it that much!): Dinosaur Picnic, The Little Red Hen, Winnie the Pooh, and The Little Engine That Could. Every performance has been engaging, age-appropriate, and absolutely delightful.
