Join us for our winter edition of the Mom & Mini Campout — a magical, memory-making weekend getaway designed just for local moms and their littles.
This time, we’re heading to Camp Verde, AZ, where the beautiful Verde Ranch RV Resort will be our home base for a two-night glamping retreat.
You’ll choose between two unique lodging options — a covered wagon glamping experience or a private mini cabin — for a weekend filled with slow mornings, campfire cocoa, and memory-making moments you’ll both treasure forever.
🏕 What is the Mom & Mini Campout?
This retreat is a low-key, high-memory weekend created for moms and their young kids (recommended for ages 3–7). Everything is planned for you — all you have to do is show up, snuggle in, and enjoy the magic of the season.
Each registration includes:
- Private mini cabin or covered wagon glamping suite for your family
- Guided group activities and seasonal crafts
- Connection, community, and cozy winter vibes
- Intentional one-on-one time your little one will remember forever

We’re keeping the group intimate and cozy, with just a handful of spots available. Our last campout sold out in under 12 hours — so if this sounds like your kind of weekend, don’t wait!
📌 RSVP Process:
To save you from Eventbrite fees, we’re using our own reservation system. Simply fill out our quick registration form to claim your spot. You’ll receive an invoice within 24 hours.
👉 If payment isn’t completed within 48 hours, your spot will be released to the next mom on the list.

A truly unique stay your kids will never forget! Each climate-controlled wagon features cozy beds, a mini fridge, coffee maker and private deck — combining the adventure of the Wild West with all the comforts of modern glamping.

Perfect for families who love a little extra space! Each private cabin sleeps up to 4, with a full bathroom, kitchen, living area, and porch. It’s your own cozy home base for the weekend.

💬 Mom & Mini Campout FAQs
Is it one family per lodging?
Yes! Each mom and her kids will have their own private covered wagon or mini cabin.
Can I bring more than one child?
Yes! Each unit comfortably sleeps up to four.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Due to limited availability, all bookings are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to transfer your reservation to another mom if needed.
Do I need to know other moms to come?
Not at all! Many moms attend solo with their littles — we promise a warm, welcoming vibe and plenty of easy ways to connect.
